LOCATED in the foothills of the Himalaya, in the lap of the Dhauladhar mountain range of Himachal Pradesh. Camp Himalayan Nest is the perfect holiday retreat for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and re-connect with nature.
Camp Himalayan Nest is the ideal destination for families, couples and singles looking for complete rejuvenation. We have 07 Swiss tents for accommodation with spectacular views of Kangra valley and Dhauladhar mountain range.

Day 1: Arrive Camp Himalayan Nest

Arrive Dharamshala and drive to camp at Thatri village. From the car park area you need to walk for 20 minutes to reach to the camp. Later relax at the camp. Post lunch go for the circular walk to the nearby village to experience their lifestyle. Visit one of the traditional home and have a cup of tea there. Later continue your walk to go nearby stream of glacier water. If temperature is good you can also swim in the pond.
After the dip in the cold water walk back towards the camp and have evening tea & snack. Later enjoy the evening at camp with the beautiful view of Kangra Valley and Dhauladhar Mountain on one side. You can lie down in the camping ground and can read some of the interesting books up there. Dinner followed by the campfire.
 

Day 2: Camp Himalayan Nest – Departure

Morning enjoy your breakfast in the open sky. Later walk back to the car park area to proceed further on your destination.

• 01 night accommodation at Camp Himalayan Nest on twin sharing basis.
• Lunch,Dinner and Breakfast.
• 1 route guide to take you to village walk and towards stream.
• Bonfire in the evening.

PACKAGE DOESN’T INCLUDE

• Hotel accommodation in Dharamshala.
• Transportation from Dharamshala to camp and vice versa. We can arrange the same for you at extra cost.
• Any kind of travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization , baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• tems & services of personal nature like cold drinks/soft drinks/alcoholic drinks/telephone calls, laundry and tipping etc.
• Any other services which are not mentioned in the package inclusions.

BOOKING

To ensure the booking 50% of the total payment at the time of booking and balance once you will check in at the camp.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 15 days before the booking: Full refund
• 10 days before the booking: 25%
• 07 days before the booking: 50%
• 05 days before the booking: No refund

THINGS TO CARRY

• Small day sack (backpack) to carry your personal things while walking through village.
• Sun glasses, sunscreen lotion and cap or hat.
• 01 fleece for evening.
• Medicines for your personal use

IMPORTANT

As you are staying for 01 night only, so we will advise you to carry only one pair of clothing for night change and some personal things which you can carry on your backpack.
