Adventure Camping and Paragliding Packages at Bir Billing.

 

Option 1:- Stay in Basic Dome tents near Billing.

 

Itinerary 1 Night and 2 Days — October to Dec and Mid Feb to June

Day 1:- Arrive Bir and drive towards Billing, Reach at Camping area and overnight stay in Alpine tents at Billing forest.
Check in post 1500 hrs at Camp,
Dinner around Bonfire and Overnight stay in Dome tent near Billing.

Day 2:- Paragliding and Departure
Early morning, Paragliding session of 15 to 20 min, land at Bir and departure.

Per Person Price is INR 4000/- + 5% GST as below details in Dome tents in Bir.

Supplement charges for Taxi to Reach Camp is INR 500/-

Camp is 11 km from Bir Tibetan colony area and Taxi charges is INR 500/- to reach Camp.

Check in time at Camp is 1500 hrs, Camp is 11 km from paragliding landing area or bus dropping point, if you arrive early at Bir, you can opt for wash and change room at Bir Tibetan Colony area. Rooms are available in guest houses there.

Inclusions:

• Accommodation for 01 night in Dome Tents on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Meals as mentioned above.
• Nature walk/village walks.
• Paragliding session of 15-30 min.
• Campfire.
• Check in 1500 hrs and check out 1000 hrs.
• Paragliding transfer.

Exclusions:

• Arrival and Departure transfer to Camp.
• Personal expenses such as table drinks, rooms services items, laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
• Paragliding weight limit is 25-90 kg, if weight is between 90-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Any additional expenses for videography and photography of paragliding flight, supplement charges of GOPRO video is INR 500/-.
• Expenses caused by disturbance in trip program due to circumstances like weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
• Liability for or insurance against injury, loss of life, accidents or loss of goods.

 

 

Option 2:- Bir to Billing Trek, Camping in Alpine tents and Paragliding

 

Itinerary 1 Night and 2 Days – Mid Feb to June

Day 1: Arrive Bir, Trekking from Bir to Billing. (10 km /4-5 hr).
Arrive Bir and Reach hotel Paul Manor at 1030 hrs , start trek at 1100 hrs, trek passing through pahari villages and mountain stream. After trekking 4-5 hr you reach at Camping area in Billing forest, which is near paragliding takeoff point.
Dinner around Bonfire and Overnight stay in Alpine tents

Day 2:- Paragliding and Departure
Early morning, Paragliding session of 15 to 20 min, land at Bir and departure.

• Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Paragliding weight limit is 25-90 kg, if weight is between 90-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• Wash and Change room at Bir on day 1 and day 2 if required
• Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, laundry etc.
• Any additional expenses for videography and photography of paragliding flight, supplement charges of GOPRO video is INR 500/-.
• Personal equipment for trek like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc. However, light weight carry-mattresses with sleeping bags will be provided by us inside the tents during the trek.
• Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control. Such as airline delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
