Machaan Cottage is best for Couples, Family, friends and guests travelling with kids. Experience of wooden Machaan is amazing as view is all round and cottage is centrally located to enjoy the camping and nature. Views towards mountains and valley of Kangra Valley. Cottage around Peer orchid with lush green surrounding. You can ask for private bonfire and Barbeque with extra charges. Music allowed but low sound which not disturb others. One can do birdwatching if have knowledge of birds. Trekking trails to villages and hike to Bir Village.

Approach to Camp Oak View is through Oak forest and drivable road, last 500 mts is bit offroad (Kachaa road) but easily drivable. Tip to reach, Google map sometime show trekking route instead of motorable for last 4 km, so this wroung route start from a bridge where google map route take you to mountain. But there is a Camp signboad there, Kindly follow signboards to Reach Camp Oak View.

If travelling by bus – taxi charge INR 300/- (4 guests) for drop to Camp and same amount if you want to go to Tibetan colony area or Bir Billing Paragliding Landing site.
