Itinerary 2 Nights and 3 Days for Tents stay, snow trek and Paragliding:

Day 1/30 Dec 2023 :- Arrive Bir, Overnight stay at Camp Oak view.
Arrive Bir, check in at 1400 hrs at Camp Oak view. Hike around camp in wilderness trek and to sunset point.

Diner around Bonfire, Overnight at Camp Oak View, Bir.

Day 2:- Paragliding session and Waterfall Trek

Morning post breakfast, drive to Billing for Paragliding session, Paragliding session and land at Bir. Some time at Landing area for lunch in any of Café’ or restaurant near and later drive to starting point of waterfall Trek, trek is 45 min. spend some time there and trek back or drive to Camp.

Dinner around Bonfire and Overnight stay at Camp Oak View.

Day 3/ 1 Jan 2024:-  Departure!
Post breakfast; check out and free to explore Bir Tibetan colony area, monasteries and so many café’s around in Mall road, try your taste here in different café’s and later departure.

Meals.

Price for above arrangement for stay in Machaan Tent at Camp Oak View, Bir – INR 8500/- Per Person + 5% GST.

Inclusions:

• Accommodation for 02 nights at Camp Oak View, Bir on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Meals as mentioned above.
• Waterfall Trek.
• Evening Wilderness trek on day 1.
• Paragliding session.
• Paragliding transfer for 16 km is included.
• Bon-fire on both nights with light music.
• Check in 1400 hrs and check out 1100 hrs.

Exclusions:

• Arrival and departure Transfers.
• Paragliding weight limit is 25-90 kg, if weight is between 90-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Personal expenses such as table drinks, rooms services items, laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
• Any additional expenses for videography and photography of paragliding flight, supplement charges of GOPRO video is INR 500/-.
• Expenses caused by disturbance in trip program due to circumstances like weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
• Liability for or insurance against injury, loss of life, accidents or loss of goods.
