Itinerary for Paragliding, trekking and Camping in Bir Billing valley :-.

Itinerary 2 Nights and 3 Days

Day 1:- Arrive Bir and check in at 1400 hrs, overnight stay in Camp Oak View, Bir.
Hike to Baari village and sunset point.
 
Day 2:- Camp to Thathi village to Camp (trek, 15 km. / 4-6 hr) Start trekking from Camp Oak View, trek passing through dense forest. Valley is surrounded by dense forest of Oak, Rhododendron and Devdara. We trek for 2 hrs to reach village. Village is group three villages and all villages are not still connected with roads. These are tribal villages and people here are considered as semi nomadic. In winters they live here and in Thathi village in summers people start moving to upper grazing grounds with sheep’s and goats. Later start back to camp, return trek passing through village mahrred. Dinner around campfire.

Day 3:- Paragliding and Departure.
Post breakfast check out at 1000 hrs, drive to Billing for Paragliding session. Paragliding session of 15 to 20 mins. Landing and Bir and departure.

Route 1:- Delhi – Chandigarh – Una – Paragpur/mubarkpur – Kangra – Palampur – Baijnath – Bir:- 550 Km.
Route 2:- Delhi – Chandigarh – Bilaspur – Mandi – Jogindernagar – Bir:- 530 km.

Exclusions:

• Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Any meals other than specified in the program.
• Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, laundry etc.
• Personal  equipment for trek like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc.
• Liability for or insurance against injury, loss of life, accidents or loss of goods
• Videography and Pahotography of paragliding flight, supplement charges in INR 500/- for GOPRO vieo.
• Paragliding weight limit is 15-95 kg, if weight is between 95-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control. Such as airline delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.

 
Booking Procedure
To ensure the booking, 50% of the total payment at the time of booking and balance once you will check in at the camp.
 
Cancelation Policy

• 15 days prior to travel date: Full refund of package cost.
• 07 days prior to travel date: 50% of package cost.
• 07 days to travel date: No refund.
