Itinerary for Trekking, Camping & Paragliding in Bir Billing valley:-.

Day 0: Volvo bus from Delhi to Bir.
Delhi to Bir. (550 km/10-12 hr)
Arrive Majnu ka tilla, Patala ground flyover. Board volvo bus at 1930 hrs to Bir. Overnight journey in volvo bus.
 
Day 1: Arrive Bir, Trek to waterfall and stay at Camp Oak view.
Trek from amp Oak view to Bir (7-8 km./3-5 hr.).
Reach Bir in the morning and transfer to Camp Oak View. Morning use longe area wash and change or freshen. Later at 1100 hrs post breakfast start trek to waterfall. Trek is passing through Bari, Dhanari Pahari village and Forest of Oak, Rhododendron, pine and Devdara. Trail reach Bir stream near Kutia (Mahatma ji aged 140 years reside here). Follow the stream till the waterfall and return to Camp.
Evening visit sunset point nearby camp.

Bonfire, Dinner and Overnight stay at Camp Oak View.
 
Day 2:- Trek to Bir, Paragliding sesion and Departure.
Trek from amp Oak view to Bir (4 km./1 hr.)
 
Morning post breakfast, start trek from Camp Oak view. Trek passing through, oak, Rhododendron and Devdara forest and reach Paragliding landing area. Drive to Billing – Paragliding take off point which is 16 km/ 45 min. 15 to 30 min paragliding session. Land at Bir and free to explore Bir at your own – Tibetam Monasteries (monasteries at Bir and Bhattu monastery (Palpung Sherabling monastery) which is 6 km ), Tea Factory at Bir and Café;s at Tibetan colony area, cycles available on rent. Later reach at Chougan Chowk to Board Volvo bus to Delhi at 1830 hrs.
 
Day 3:- Arrive Delhi.

Above price includes the following services:-.

• Accommodation for 01 night at Camp Oak View on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Meals from Breakfast on Day 1 to Breakfast on day 2 as per itinerary.
• Paragliding session of 15-20 min from Billing to Bir.
• Accompanied by local guide for trekking and paragliding pilot for Paragliding.
• Hike to sunset point.
• Freshen up at lounge area in morning.
• Trek start at 1100 hrs.
• Delhi to Bir and Bir to Delhi Volvo buses.

The above price excludes the following services:.

• Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Any meals other than specified in the program.
• Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, laundry etc.
• Paragliding weight limit is 25-90 kg, if weight is between 90-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• Videography of Paragliding, supplement charges for GOPRO video is INR 500/-, provided by pilot and ask him for the same.
• Personal equipment for trek like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc. However, light weight carry-mattresses with sleeping bags will be provided by us inside the tents during the trek.
• Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control. Such as airline delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.

 
Booking Procedure
To ensure the booking, 50% of the total payment at the time of booking and balance once you will check in at the camp.
 
Cancelation Policy

• 15 days prior to travel date: 50% refund of package cost.
• 15 days – travel date: No refund.
