Bir Billing Packages Itinerary.

Day 1:- Arrive Bir, Paragliding session and overnight stay in Hotel, Bir.
Arrive Bir check in at hotel at 1200 hrs, later drive to Billing for paragliding session, which is 16 km at mountain top. 15 to 20 min paragliding session . land at Bir and free to explore Bir in Tibetan colony.
Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2:- Hotel to waterfall to Camp(trek, 12 km. / 5-6 hr)
Morning post breakfast start trek from Hotel in Bir to waterfall, trek start from fields passing through Gunnaid village to reach waterfall, later trek towards camp oak view. Trek to camp trek passing through dense forest.  it takes 3 hrs to reach Camp. Camp Oak View is surrounded by dense forest of Oak, Rhododendron and Devdara.

Hike around camp and to sunset point, if time permits.

Bon-fire and Dinner at Camp oak View.

Day 3:- Mountain Biking visit and departure
Morning post breakfast transfer to Bir for cycling session. 3-4 hrs mountain biking session and later departure.

Travel Route.

1st Route:- Delhi – Chandigarh – Una – Paragpur/mubarkpur – Kangra – Palampur – Baijnath – Bir:- 550 KM.
2nd Route:- Manali – Mandi – Jogindernagar – Bir:- 170 km.

Price per person for above arrangements is INR 6500/- Per Person + 5% GST

Inclusions:

• Accommodation for 01 night at Camp Oak View, Bir in base tents and 01 night at Hotel Paul’s Manor, Bir on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Mountain Bikes for 3-4 hrs on day 3.
• Wash and change room at Bir on day 1, if reach early at Bir.
• Full day waterfall trek on day 2.
• Paragliding session of 15 to 20 min on day 3.
• Bon-fire at Camp with light music at Camp.
• Meals as mentioned above.
• Check in 1200 hrs and check out 1000 hrs.

Exclusions of the packages:

• Transportation.
• Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, baggage insurance and trip cancellation.
• Any meals other than specified in the program.
• Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, laundry etc.
• Paragliding weight limit is 15-95 kg, if weight is between 95-115 kg the paragliding team charge INR 500/- extra and also decide it at the time of paragliding, depending upon fitness of person.
• Videography and photography of Paragliding,supplement charges for GOPRO video is INR 500/-.
• Personal equipment for trek like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc. However, light weight carry-mattresses with sleeping bags will be provided by us inside the tents during the trek.
• Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control. Such as airline delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
• Paragliding may cancel without any prior notice due to bad weather or any other reasons of any high profile leader visit around bir or palampur, International cricket match and in any day due to security reasons by local admistration and Tourism department of Himachal pradesh. In that case we refund paragliding amount to our guests.

Booking Procedure

To ensure the booking, 50% of the total payment at the time of booking and balance once you will check in at the camp.

Cancelation Policy

• 20 days prior to travel date. Full refund of package cost.
• 20 days – 07 days prior to travel date: 50% of package cost, no refund of advance payment.
• 07 days to travel date: No refund.
